This should have been posted 8/4/2009

So I like to set myself up in situations where there's no rest for the wicked. I can't complain thoguh because this past week I finally got my tattoo of my beautiful Latina, and Marina at FlyRite made a masterpiece on my canvas of an arm.

2 1/2 hours total it was a lot of work but turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier. I had one full day to veg out and do a whole lot of nothing so the goal for the rest of this week is to spend half my time relaxing as much as possible and the other half cleaning up my mess of a room. I'm thinking with the free time I spend doing laundry and sorting things I'll have time to daydream about my little nook and cranny that I call my room. I know just the decor I have in mind and plan to start researching and gathering bits of inspiration online to help mold my room into a rustic Mexican piece of solace. That's where my desires have been as of late.

The goal? Desperado-- the movie and really bring out a good fuse of the Southwest with my native homeland of Puerto Rico all into one. I'm VERY excited about it, and even more excited to research more about it online.

But enough about that. I'll leave you with a picture of the new fangled piece on my arm and will have a much clearer one after Marina snaps a shot of it to add to her portfolio.
